All CO2Sustain products are subject to rigorous quality control testing and appropriate documentation is completed with every batch.
Regardless of the stipulations you may require to meet regulatory approval, we will always meet them, and provide you with the various assurances needed for CO2Sustain to get to you as efficiently as possible.
CO2Sustain is multi-faceted and as it is certified for use as an additive as E436 you have the option to label or not depending on your application of the product (for foam control or carbonation retention purposes)*
*The primary function of this food-grade additive is to control foam in carbonated beverages. If it is used in such a way as to fulfil another function, the advice given in relation to its permissible use and/or declaration may not apply. Taking into account the provision of Regulation (EC) 1334/2008 and EFFA’s Guidance Document, it is the responsibility of the manufacturer to determine the labelling of this product in its final application.
The following should be considered, amongst other points: Ingredients that have a technological function in the finished product must be labelled.

Food-grade: CO2Sustain contains a low dosage of Polysorbate 65, well within the EFSA-approved limits of 10mg per 1kg of body-weight per day.
